St Andrews chick has survived another weekend

It’s been difficult to work out the age of the St Andrews chick but nevertheless, it survived the weekend (22 – 23rd October) and it’s growing. The next big hurdle will be the cup weekend. Stay tuned and if you want to help contact Malcolm on 0403 997 831. Especially for next weekend.

St Andrews chick has survived it’s first weekend.

The newly hatched Hooded Plover chick at St Andrews beach has survived it’s first weekend. If it survives another two, it will have a good chance to fledge.
